(a.) Violates any legal protection of any individual; (b.) Includes events that are malicious, abusive, or foul; and (c.) Results from unauthorized access to any password-protected area of our website. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all loss, damage, or vandalism resulting from any claim made due to any judgment to (1.) Defend the corporation against all assets, (2.) Reverse any verdict award, and (3.) Pay us for any judicial fees and expenses incurred.

Payments & Order Confirmation

The costs of the products are in USD (U.S. dollars) on our website, dotlinepackaging.com, and we accept payments in the same currency. The company will commence work on your requested order only after receiving the total amount payable to you, inclusive of taxes, shipping charges, etc., via a mutually agreed-upon payment source. The company will accept payment, and the time starts after payment confirmation and final design approval.

Production & Design

The production process is categorized into two stages: the Design Stage & Production Stage. Once you order, the “dotlinepackaging.com” team will send you a lower-resolution file. You cannot request the higher-resolution file until it is purchased. You are liable for all the content & graphics included in the design. Further, you agree that any third-party copyrighted content in your designs is authorized. You have all the permissions and authority to get approval for the final design. All color, grammatical mistakes, and design sizes are your complete responsibility. “dotlinepackaging.com” will have a team for technical design support at every stage. All changes can be made before the design is confirmed. Once you have confirmed the design, if there is any change, you can ask your concerned manager to verify the status. If it’s not in production, “dotlinepackaging.com” will help you make the changes. If it is already in print, dotlinepackaging.com cannot assist.

Production & Delivery

“dotlinepackaging.com” generally takes 10-12 working days for standard shipping. We ensure that all orders are delivered within the deadline. You can place an order for rush shipments. However, the time may be adjusted based on additional production schedules or technical issues in production. In case of delay, customers will be notified, but “dotlinepackaging.com” will not be held liable. Orders cannot be canceled due to delays in production or shipping.

All packing materials are shipped flat and pre-assembled.

Return and Refund Policy

If you notice any error in the print of your product or it is printed incorrectly based on your requirements, you must inform the company within 3 working days of receiving the order. Upon proof that the fault is ours, we will reprint your original order, but a refund will not be issued. The management team will review any defects. Customers must notify the company within 7 business days of receiving digital photos of the defective product, at their expense. Expedited orders have non-refundable charges for reprints.

No Liability for Errors

dotlinepackaging.com is not liable for errors in the final printed product, including:

  • Spelling and Grammar mistakes, Font mistakes – Graphics punctuation, percolating marks – Wrong font, Tolerance lines, trim marks.
  • Overprint errors
  • Color variation between print & digital versions

Update in Terms and Conditions

dotlinepackaging.com reserves the right to modify, delete, or add any part of our website or Terms and Conditions at any given time with or without notice to the customers of dotlinepackaging.com.

The changes shall become effective once they are posted on our website. If you continue to use the website after modifications have been made to the terms, it shall be construed as an acceptance of the new terms.
