Printing Mistakes and Discrepancies

In the event of printing mistakes or discrepancies between the received order and your specified requirements, please notify our company within three working days of order delivery. While we don’t offer refunds for printing accuracies, we are committed to reprinting your order to meet the initial specifications. Customers need to submit photographic evidence of the defective product within five working days to help us review the issue and initiate the reprint process. Please note that payments for accelerated transactions are not refundable under any circumstances.

COVID-19 Contingency Policy

Due to the ongoing global COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic, the supplies of stock and production items are affected globally, which might cause unexpected delays in order fulfillment. Dotline Packaging reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the delivery of the boxes without prior notice due to this disruption of supply. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided to the client and processed within 30 days of the order-placement date.

Payment Mode and Cancellation Policy

All product prices mentioned on the website are listed in USD (United States Dollars), and the payment will be processed accordingly. Order production will commence upon receiving the full payment, including taxes and applicable delivery charges, via our authorized payment systems.

Prior to order placement, we provide customers with a final version of the product for approval, either in electronic or hard copy format. Once the project is approved and submitted to the press department, no further modifications in scheduling and structure can be accommodated. However, we offer a brief cancellation window of four hours following the acceptance of the proof. Cancellations within this timeframe incur a fee of $25 plus 5% of the total order value.

Customers also have the option of canceling their request within 24 hours, though a 50% charge of the total order value applies to offset production costs incurred. Please be advised that the company cannot guarantee order termination beyond 24 hours.
